Jim Koch, President

Jim is a lifetime farmer. Raised near Clyde, Jim, his wife and other family members are still involved with the family farming operation. Jim’s other career (banking) began in 1985 following a short stint with the Farmers Home Administration in Washington, Kansas. Over the years, Jim has served his customers, employees, communities and his alma mater, Kansas State University, tirelessly. 


Randy Wise, Senior Vice President
Belleville Branch 

Randy is a native of Washington, Kansas and a graduate of Kansas State University. He joined our bank in March of 2008. Randy’s areas of expertise include insurance and investments. Together with his prior banking experience, Randy has a well-rounded knowledge of financial services. 


Edmund Rudolph, Vice President
Concordia Branch 

Edmund grew up in Belleville, Kansas and is a graduate of Cloud County Community College and Fort Hays State University.  He has over 14 years of banking experience and over 10 years of farm experience. Edmund joined Peoples Exchange Bank in 2014.  Edmund, his wife Lacie, and family currently reside in Clyde.


Tom Baxa, Vice President
Concordia Branch 

Tom is originally from Belleville, Kansas and a graduate of Kansas State University. His lending career started with Farmers Home Administration in Concordia in 1979. Tom has worked for community banks in the Midwest in a variety of roles including commercial and ag lending. Prior to joining Peoples Exchange Bank in October of 2015 he worked as a Senior Credit Analyst and was the Senior Production Ag lender with Cooperative Finance Association in Kansas City Missouri.


Samantha VossCredit Analyst
Belleville Branch 

Samantha was born and raised in Hastings, Nebraska and grew up showing Angus & Charolais cattle on a national level. Her agricultural finance career began in 2008 with Rabo Agrifinance. She continued her education while working at Rabo and received her Masters in Business Administration degree in 2013 from Wichita State University. Samantha joined Peoples Exchange Bank in 2014 as a Credit Analyst. Samantha and her husband reside around Bruning, Nebraska where they are involved in the family row crop, seed and cattle operation.
