Jim Koch, President
Jim is a lifetime farmer. Raised near Clyde, Jim, his wife and other family members are still involved with the family farming operation. Jim’s other career (banking) began in 1985 following a short stint with the Farmers Home Administration in Washington, Kansas. Lynn Koch, Senior Vice President

(No, they're not related.) Lynn is a native of Ellinwood, Kansas. He holds a B.S. degree in Business Finance from Fort Hays State University where he also played college football. Lynn has extensive experience in all areas of lending. Starting in Ness City, Kansas, Lynn's career has taken him to Minnesota and Iowa before finding his banking home here in Belleville. Brian Kemling, Vice President

Raised on a farm in Grant, Nebraska, Brian still returns to the family farm to help out during harvest. He received a BA from Tabor College and an MBA in Finance from the University of Kansas. Brian joined a BIG Kansas bank in 1996, but decided he preferred the personal side of community banking. He is very active in community events and organizations and serves as Head Cook over the famous PEB traveling grill. bkemling@pebank.net
Paul Osborne, Vice President

Many knew him as a science teacher in the Mankato school district, but a banker convinced him to change careers in 1981 when he joined Farmers State Bank in Formoso, Kansas. Because of his love of farming, Paul became an enthusiastic ag lender that we welcomed to our staff in February of 2009. Randy is a native of Washington, Kansas and a graduate of Kansas State University. He joined our bank in March of 2008. Randy’s areas of expertise include insurance and investments. Tim grew up on a farm in the Agenda, Kansas area. He holds a B.S. from McPherson College in Restoration Technology and an M.B.A. from Southwestern College in Winfield, Kansas. Tim served as Branch Manager of a consumer and residential real estate finance company in Southeast Kansas for three years.
