This notice applies to Peoples Exchange Bank and its affiliates including Peoples Insurance and Peoples Choice Mortgage.

This notice does not apply to business or commercial customers.

• Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others; and
• Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency.

“Nonpublic personal information” is information about you that is not publicly available and that we obtain in connection with providing a financial product or service to you. This could include information such as your account balances, payment history, and overdraft history.

Our Security Procedures

We restrict access to your personal and account information to our employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information. You have a role in helping us by safeguarding your information from others and by reviewing your statements promptly.

Sharing Information within our Family of Companies

We do not disclose your nonpublic personal information except within our family of companies or to third parties as permitted by law. We may disclose information about your transactions, such as your name and account balance, to Spectrum Financial Services, Inc. with whom we have a joint marketing agreement through Peoples Exchange Investment Center. Spectrum Financial, in turn, has agreed to hold this information confidential. We may disclose information about your transactions, such as your name and payment history within our family of companies.

If you have given medical information to us, such as for an insurance application, we will not share your medical information except as permitted by law or with your permission.
