with whom we have a joint marketing agreement through
Peoples Exchange Investment Center. Spectrum Financial, in turn, has agreed to hold
this information confidential. We may disclose information about your transactions, such
as your name and payment history, to our affiliates, such as an insurance subsidiary. Our privacy policy applies to both current
and former customers.
Our Security Procedures
We
restrict access to your personal and account information to our employees who need to know
that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic,
and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic
personal information.
