Protecting your privacy is important to Peoples Exchange Bank and our employees.  We want you to understand what information we collect concerning our customers and how we use this information.

What Information We Collect

	Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others; and
	Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency.

“Nonpublic personal information” is information about you that is not publicly available and that we obtain in connection with providing a financial product or service to you.  This could include information such as your account balances, payment history, and overdraft history.

What Information We Disclose

We do not disclose your nonpublic personal information except to our bank’s affiliates or to third parties as permitted by law. We may disclose information about your transactions, such as your name and account balance, to Spectrum Financial Services, Inc. with whom we have a joint marketing agreement through Peoples Exchange Investment Center.  Spectrum Financial, in turn, has agreed to hold this information confidential. We may disclose information about your transactions, such as your name and payment history, to our affiliates, such as an insurance subsidiary.   Our privacy policy applies to both current and former customers.

Our Security Procedures 

We restrict access to your personal and account information to our employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.
